What exactly do you do?

We prepare legal documents for customers who do not need an attorney but may need a little help accessing the correct forms or completing the documents on their own. We assist in Family Law, Criminal Law, Small Business Law, and Real Estate Transactions. We are not Attorneys and cannot represent you in a courtroom or give you legal advice.

What happens if I file the forms on my own and end up needing an Attorney?

You may find an Attorney by calling the Florida Bar Lawyer referral service at 1-800-342-8011. They are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Once you have selected an Attorney, we would be happy to provide all documentation we previously completed on your behalf to your Attorney to make the transition seamless.

How does your process work?

To get started we like to answer any questions that you have. We want to ensure you are 100% comfortable before moving forward. It's always free to chat, and you may speak to us by phone, Facebook message, or email at any time. Our phone number is 904-337-9393, and our email address is asimmonscompany@gmail.com

The Next step is for you to provide your information online or by phone with one of our expert agents and purchase your package. Once your order is submitted a staff member will reach out to you by phone or email to go over everything and ensure we have a clear understanding of what you want in your documents. Our turnaround time to complete your documents is two business days from the time we confirm to you that we have everything we need to get started.

Finally, after your documents are completed we will send them to you by email for you to review. If you need any changes or revisions during this time we are happy to make them for you free of charge. Once you receive your final documents, you will need to have them signed and notarized before filing. Your package will include a form to request the Clerk of Courts to waive your filing fees. Only the Clerk can determine if you qualify and qualification is based on your income. If you do not qualify you will need to pay the appropriate filing & service fees for your case, these fees can be determined by calling the Clerk in your county.

You should not expect any other fees or charges besides your notary fees during your case. It could take anywhere from 60-90 days to resolve your case depending on how quickly the parties come to an agreement and when the court calendar is clear to hear your case.
